This brand new (2023) beautifully appoiinted home surpassed our expectations on every level. First, the hilltop location has spectacular views of the nearby mountains and the glorious sunrises. Neighbors are few and spaced widely, and at night, it's dark and quiet. The yard is manicured and there is more than adequate space to park multiple trucks and ATV trailers. Inside, the rooms are spacious, gorgeously furnished, and filled with every amenity and convenience you can imagine. The gourmet kitchen contains not just the basics but thoughtful touches such as condiments, ziploc bags, spices, coffee, and high end appliances and cooking equipment. Beds are comfy and the master (with king bed) has a universal phone charger and a white noise machine to help you drift off to sleep. The bathrooms have everything from lighted makeup mirrors, hair dryers and luxury towels to motion-sensor under counter nightlights. There is even a sauna and a gym. The garage has dog towels and blankets, a second refrigerator and an ice machine! There is a gorgeous patio with lots of seating and a gas grill. It doesn't feel like a rental so much as a luxury private home. The owners are helpful and prompt to respond to inquiries. We highly recommend this "Wild Utah Home" to travelers who appreciate unexpected luxury and comfort.

− I'm hard pressed to find fault with anything. The thermostat was a little confusing to adjust, and a grab bar in the master shower would be nice. But those are minor items.

This stay was a to visit family nearby but we received the best gift in staying at this property.

We arrived after dark so looking outside in the morning was such a beautiful surprise. It was Absolutely breathtaking the mountain air and majestic views leaves you in ahhh.
