− 部屋がタバコ臭い スタッフが愛想悪い

− 窓際のベッドに蚊の死骸が、、、仕方ないが ２泊目のタオルも何故か人数分用意されていなかった
Very relaxing in a beautiful area
7.0I am still on my Japanese language journey, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient with me when I needed to re-ask questions for clarity or show my question in google translate when I was struggling to say it. The breakfast was amazing, and the onsen was so nice. I do own a car, so the location was great for me since my friends live near there. It is a great location if you want to visit Hakodate or Onuma park and the surrounding area. If you have no Japanese or understanding of Japanese culture, this would be a difficult stay. For me, it was a great hotel.
− The WiFi was not great and did stop working one night. That would be my only complaint.
