Cancelled at last minute
1.0− Cancelled booking 1 hrs prior to arrival. When I messaged for key details. Double booked. Very upset family, unable to book anywhere else for 7 people with 1 hrs notice. Very disappointing, and didn't reply to booking.com when they called about the issue
Dreckig, kaputt, ein totaler Reinfall!
1.0Es gibt noch viel positives: der Standort ist super, das Haus ist groß. Das war es auch schon. Die reinste Katastrophe!
− Einfach unfassbar das Haus: Dreckig und alles kaputt! Angefangen bei der Bettwäsche, die Flecken hat und aussah, als hätte schon jemand darin geschlafen, über den Boden mit Flecken bis hin zu den dreckigen Badezimmern und der Küche. An den Wänden überall Löcher und Flecken. Weiter geht es mit kaputten Türgriffen und in einem Bad war die Klobrille abgerissen! Im Kinosaal war das HDMI-Kabel kaputt, weshalb man Ton nur über den Beamer selbst hatte (mit eigenem Kabel). Der Grill war völlig verrostet und dreckig. Außerdem funktionieren nahezu alle Geräte im Gym nicht richtig. Der Hot Tub war ebenfalls dreckig, die Tischtennisplatte - wie könnte es anders sein? - kaputt! Ich hatte den Besitzer deswegen angeschrieben, dieser ist auf den Zustand überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Es ist wirklich schade, dass hier alles so runtergekommen ist, denn eigentlich ein schönes Haus in schöner Lage. Am liebsten würde ich einen Teil des Geldes zurück bekommen….
