Comfortable Stay for Work
9.0I stayed at Livinton Ataşehir Istanbul for a work trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient for business meetings in the Ataşehir area, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. However, if you're planning to visit Istanbul's main tourist attractions, expect a longer commute, as the hotel is located some distance from the city's historic center. Overall, I had a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Livinton Ataşehir to business travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul.
Relativ freundlich, aber alles falsch gemacht

− Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten... Gebucht hatten wir: Family Suite mit 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten total für 4 Personen Bekommen: "Family Suite" mit 1 Doppelbett, 1 Ersatzbett und 1 Couchsofa nach Abklärung auf der eigenen Homepage wurde festgestellt, dass das Hotel gar nicht so ein Zimmer vermietet, wir wir es gebucht hatten, sondern effektiv wie wir es bekommen haben Trotzdem hat das Hotel kulanterweise uns gratis ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Chronologie, was nicht OK war: 1. Tag: nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was gebucht wurde 2. Tag: keine Zimmerreinigung, obwohl gegen 13.00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen und die grüne Karte an die Tür aufgehängt 3. Tag: das Ersatzbett sowie Bettsofa waren immer noch nicht abgeräumt, obwohl wir ein zusätzliches Zimmer bekommen haben. 4. Check-Out: Keine Probleme Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass das Hotelpersonal relativ freundlich war, aber leider untereinander zu wenig kommuniziert wird. Die Frühschicht weiss nicht was die Spätschicht abgemacht hat und umgekehrt.

8.0Tout était très bien! En particulier la personne de la réception qui a été parfaite pour nous aider pour la réservation de notre restaurant et du taxi. Hôtel récent et confortable. Bien situé.
− Il y a eu une fuite de la douche de ma chambre mais qui a été réparée le jour même après en avoir informé la réception.
