9.0La casa è spaziosa, arredata in modo funzionale e pulitissima. La posizione è comoda, al centro del paese e a pochi metri dal posto dove è possibile parcheggiare. Un'esperienza molto positiva.
− La casa è a livello della strada, non molto luminosa e le finestre sono all'altezza delle persone che passeggiano... se si vuole un po' di luce bisogna rinunciare alla privacy. Poco male. Il meccanismo di apertura da remoto della porta, all'arrivo, non è di facile gestione... ma ci siamo riusciti.

10.0Lo nuevo y limpio que está todo.A la casa no le falta de nada...lavadora-secadora es un puntazo importante. Hemos estado muy agusto.
− Lo peor,que no se puede evitar,es la poca luz natural que entra.Los colchones muy nuevos pero un poco duros para nuestro gusto( supongo que es difícil acertar con todo el mundo)
