Un bon séjour sans histoire

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est refait à neuf, très propre , tres silencieux la nuit , idéalement placé pour visiter la Biennale entre Arsenale et Giardini. Notre hôte nous a bien tout expliqué,on n'a pas eu à le déranger pour résoudre un problème : il n'y en a pas eu. Le quartier Castello avec sa rue Garibaldi est très différent du reste de Venise , il est plus populaire ,cette rue est une merveille : on vit parmi les vénitiens , les vrais.

− Rien , l'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée ,il n'y a pas de vue mais on est immergé dans la vie de quartier , lieu calme tout en étant proche de la rue Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Die Lage und das Umfeld waren für uns top. Man kann eigentlich alles fußläufig erkunden, hat Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und erreicht auch 2 Vaporettostationen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Man befindet sich zwischen den Biennale-Gärten sowie dem schönen grünen S.Elena zur einen Seite und zur anderen Seite geht es zum Arsenale und San Marco! Einfach spazieren, herrlich! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem ruhigen Wohnumfeld (max. 1 Minute von der Garibaldistraße, wo viel los ist) und ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Das Bett ist bequem und die Küche gut nutzbar. Alles war sauber. Andrea, der Vermieter, hat sich sehr bemüht, alles erklärt und stand während der 4 Tage für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

− Hinweise für Perfektionisten: Wie fast überall in Venedig riecht es manchmal nach Abwasser. Das Haus ist natürlich alt (das wollen wir Venedig-Besucher ja auch) und es gibt hier und da, trotz Renovierung, ein paar kleine baulich unperfekte Stellen. Wer es braucht: der TV hat offensichtlich keine deutschen Sender. Und ja, auch hier hört man manchmal die Nachbarn (aber keinen außergewöhnlichen Lärm). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
