This is our 12th villa in 7 months of this year and we agree that this property has more ticks than boxes. Tasteful, quality building and contents and good value. For us, it is perfect in every way. The best and fully equipped kitchen for cooking anything you want. Beyond the front gate are all the many and varied facilities of Ambalangoda. To the rear of the property there is silence, except for the jungle sounds. The pools are excellent, bounded by tropical planting and the lighting of this in the evening is another valuable asset. Delightful wildlife. The owner, Dharshan and his manager, Medushan are discretely attentive, caring, helpful and, generous people. Ten people can stay here.Two of us stayed for 10 nights but several of our Sri Lankan friends were welcomed which increased our lasting memories. Of all the reviews we have written, we can genuinely state this property, for us, is the overall better holiday stay. We were fortunate to be able to book 10 days here. We have now booked a 14 night stay later in the year. If you are fortunate to be able to book this popular property you will not need this review to be any longer.

Absolutely one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed at! 🌴✨ The place was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the incredible support from the staff — they were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service. We will definitely visit again! 💯

Very spacious and comfortable house, great pool with kids pool as well. Highlight is the hospitality, treated us like a family with an onsite staff. We had issues with our vehicle during our stay and they were really helpful sorting it out for us. Beautiful braches nearby, local market nearby. Would highly recommend and we would come again.

We recently stayed at Kaiydee Villa and it was everything we could have hoped for – and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, immaculate presentation, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The bedrooms were cozy with high-quality linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (and then some). The private pool area were highlight of our trip . The location is ideal – only a short drive to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved exploring the area during the day and retreating to our little oasis in the evenings. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return visit. Highly recommend Kaiydee Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!
