Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness is a problem.

− Dirty. Just look at the orange juice machine. It is covered with dirt as if they have never ever cleaned that place of the apartment.

Lovely Stay in Venice
9.0Great location, comfortable bed, nice shower and kitchen were appreciated. Adorable terrace to enjoy a coffee is a nice touch.
− The Wi-Fi was not working. We messaged the host, my husband checked everything and said that the Wi-Fi light was not lit on the router. 2 networks appeared as available, but not the one for the apt. Told the host this and got no response. We had to buy a sim cards so we could make plans while at the apartment.

Ce fut dans l'ensemble un séjour très agréable du fait de l'emplacement et de calme.
8.0Logement très bien placé, calme et possédant un bon nombre d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'électroménagers. Espace extérieur appréciable. Lit confortable.
− Canapé lit peu confortable dans le salon. Quelques ustensiles manquaient ex : couteaux qui coupent. Un peu sombre.

3.0Localization was the best part of this apartment, it's really great. Apartment is quite spacious.
− I arranged a meeting time with the host to enter to the apartment, but the host changed, and we had to wait for another one for about 20 minutes - tired, hungry, and just after a long journey. The apartment is not really clean - on the surface it looks fine, but then it gets a bit worse. The couch is really uncomfortable. And the worst part - BEDBUGS! We informed the host about it, sent photos, and then received no response at all. We’re really disappointed. We travel quite regularly, and we have never had bedbugs before.
