Feels like living in Venice

Very cosy and beautiful! We enjoyed very much the design of the house. The living room area was great for socialising and enjoying the evenings. The location was great, easy to go anywhere, very accessible! We had a great time feeling like the residents live in Venice. Thank you very much for the stay.

− Only because we were visiting during the summer and unfortunately in the middle of a heat wave, we’d say an AC would have been great to have during our stay. We would like to leave this here as a suggestion for the owner for the future guests. Thank you

− Just to note the property doesn’t have air conditioning so if the weather is hot can be a struggle

Świetna lokalizacja, lokalny klimat

Świetna lokalizacja na wyspie - wszędzie blisko, restauracje i bary obok, atrakcje w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Klimatyczne mieszkanie, śliczne okiennice, piekny widok z okien, mały tarasik, starsze meble, ale łazienka odnowiona, dość wąskie, ale wygodne łóżko. Samodzielne zameldowanie i dostęp na kod 24h/dobę. To była tylko nasza baza noclegowa, cały dzień spędzałyśmy poza mieszkaniem, więc nie korzystałyśmy w ogóle z kuchni i salonu, ale to na pewno plus tego mieszkania, że nie są one współdzielone z innymi lokalami.

− Przydałoby się więcej miejsca na rzeczy, szczególnie jeśli ktoś chciałby pozostać tu na dłużej to nie bardzo jest gdzie się rozpakować. Słabe oświetlenie - część lamp i gniazdek prądowych nie działa. Lokalizacja jest świetna, ale jeśli ktoś potrzebuje ciszy, aby zasnąć to powinien zaopatrzyć się w zatyczki do uszu ;). Całą noc dochodzą hałasy z ulicy - chyba jest to jedna z głównych tras z dzielnicy imprezowej na przystanki autobusowe/tramwajowe. A rano można się mocno przestraszyć jak zabiją dzwony sąsiadującego z mieszkaniem Kościoła ;)

Une vraie maison pour les enfants

Emplacement idéal sur le Campo dei Frari, vue sur l' église. Les enfants étaient ravis de profiter d une vraie petite maison avec étage ! Nous avions oublié un sac à notre départ de t le propriétaire nous a immédiatement prévenus. Merci !

− Parfait pour nous, mais peut-être pas pour les maniaques qui veulent tout retrouver comme chez eux jusqu'à la dernière invention de l' électroménager.

− No funcionaban electrodomésticos de la cocina, difícil de encontrar en la ciudad

Posizione ottima. Privacy ottima. Pulizia ottima. zona giorno spaziosa e cucina con tutto il necessario. Bagno ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort, solo un po troppo piccolo.

− le luci, in camera non c'era una luce alcune lampade non funzionavano e in generale l'impianto di illuminazione è vecchio, confusionario e mal distribuito.
