I wouldn't go back or recommend this property.
5.0It was very spacious.
− Basic amenities weren't in place, such as towels and toilet paper. There were four hand towels, a roll of toilet paper and a roll that was almost gone, sitting by the TV in the living room. (I reserved this place for four people.) There was no shampoo, body wash in one of the bathrooms and the ones in the other bathroom were almost empty and low-quality. Had to move them back and forth, including toilet paper! And no conditioner at all. Then I asked for more towels and toilet paper; they told me where to find them. First they told me there would be extra charge for extra towels in email, then they said they didn't mean it; was very confusing. I've never seen any facility not having things actually IN-PLACE! Plus, those slippers in the barhrooms were gross. And in one of the bedrooms there was a little plastic trash can full of trash! And there were no trash cans anywhere else! Just one plastic garbage bag, again, by the TV. (Except for the tyny red can by the sink in the kitchen, which is useless because we didn't cook at all.) The heating controller was very confusing too. And they required taking the garbage and recycling items out, which I didn't mind, but the outside area where you are supposed to take them is super confusing and messy!

10.0Have a great stay in Miranda House. The owner is very nice and helpful. He allow me to do the early check in. Facility in the room was so great. Will definitely stay there again!
