The apartment is very clean and new. Very near to metro and tram and bars, restaurants, supermarket.

− We only have 2 pieces of detergent for the washing machine and we need more. Because we was travelling other resorts and try to get our washing done here.

Moderne, neue Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in 2km Radius fussläufig erreichbar. Super Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Tolles Apartment, modern eingerichtet und auch mit Kindern schön. Direkt vor der Tür im Innenhof befindet sich eine Rutsche und ein großer Sandkasten, die Unterkunft selbst hat Babybetten und einen Hochstuhl. Alles ist sehr modern 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

− Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Steckdosen haben nur im Bad und in der Küche Steckdosensicherungen, vielleicht könnte man da im Bodenbereich noch nachbessern. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;)

Fijn appartement op een goede en prettige locatie

Uitstekende communicatie met en online uitleg van de host Prettige locatie op loopafstand van het centrum (restaurantjes, supermarkt in de buurt, OV om de hoek) Kwalitatief keurig, modern en schoon appartement Koffie, thee, water bij aankomst Opgemaakte bedden, kwalitatief goede slaapbank Parkeren in de.ondergrondse parkeergarage

− De exacte locatie met pincode werd wat laat gecommuniceerd, (1,5 uur voor aankomst is wel krap als je wat vroeg bent en de stad al in rijdt om je te orienteren) Eigenlijk is het appartement beter geschikt voor 3 personen. Slaapbank is té smal voor 2 volwassenen, ook slechts 3 krukken aan het keukenblok en 2 stoelen op het buitenterrasje. Maar ... met wat improvisatie is het wel te doen. Ondanks ventilatoren boven bed/slaapbank is het binnen enorm warm boven de 25 graden. Er is geen airco.

Please note that you can access the Downtown Apartments Mitte with your debit or credit card. Then wait for the buzzer before opening the door.

There is a key box in the building where you can get your keys. We will send you information about the process when you book. You will need photo ID such as a passport and your booking number when you check in.

The apartment is cleaned once a week. Cleaning includes a change of bed linen and towels, garbage disposal and a light cleaning of the kitchen.
