− The noise at Hotel Mozonte in Nicaragua made it impossible to sleep. The staff seemed to be there only to collect money, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. The breakfast they call a “buffet” was very disappointing, and the staff serving the food were not very friendly. The noise from the pool late at night was also terrible. When we had a problem with the central air conditioning, instead of helping us, the staff became annoyed and gave us an attitude. Their response was simply, “The air conditioning is working,” even though it was clearly not cooling properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
