I have been to Venice many times - this was a beautiful place to stay and a refreshing change.

Location of Giudecca means you get to have a constant view of "mainland" Venice and the Zattere city scape and the teal waves separating you. The garden is a perfect place for breakfast coffee, afternoon wine, lounging and reading or simply lying back and watching the swallows cavorting high in the sky. The team are also incredibly patient with plane arrival delays and are very friendly and helpful. The flat is furnished in an eclectic style with much to please many people - the kitchen is very well equipped. Having two bathrooms was very useful and the bed was very comfortable. All round a beautiful place to stay.
