− The property is set in a beautiful location however it is not where stated on the booking. It is almost two miles further out from Lajatico which meant you had to drive everywhere and very confusing to find on map location, this needs to be changed by Booking.com

9.0If you go to Tuscany I can highly recommend a place like this to get a good vacation feeling and just have a lazy time in summer.
− The place has two locations and first we only found the place which has the address on booking.com and had to call the owner to get to the exact location (which was not very far, btw)

6.0The views and the pool
− The address booking.com gave us was incorrect. The phone number was incorrect. Our taxi driver helped us find the place. He was not happy. Charged us an extra 60 euro. Amenities at the venue were very dated. No tea coffee sugar. No dishwahing liquid No soap. No electric jug no toaster. Only 2 rings worked on gas hob and 2 did not. Power tripped when using the grill in the oven to toast bread. The fridge was very dodgy. Wifi only worked downstairs. Would have loved to try their restaurant but too far to walk home at night in the dark. No shuttle service.!!! Apart from all that a very quiet time was had.
