− El aire acondicionado de una de las 2 habitaciones que reserve no funcionaba bien, luego de eso todo excelente calidad precio.
Beautiful beaches right nearby.
8.0The beach nearby at Amarillo was stunning. For kids who like to play in the big waves, it was fun all day long no matter the tide. The stay was what we expected. The shared kitchen was well-stocked and taken care of. There were power cuts that were neighborhood-wide, so no fault of the property. You could usually find some location with a generator playing the World Cup games so we didn't miss anything fun. The front porch area has lots of seating.
− The a.c. was struggling, though they did come to try to fix it.

10.0I had a really great time at this hostel. One of the best things was that it was only one minute away from the beach, and there was also a small shop right next door which was super convenient. The kitchen was big enough for cooking and there was a large table and common area where everyone could hang out together and have a fun time with the other guests. You could also rent surfboards and motorbikes directly at the hostel, which was awesome. The nearby beaches are beautiful and really good for surfing. The village itself is very nice and the people there are incredibly friendly. The hostel owner was super kind, helpful, and funny, and made the whole stay even better. I honestly had an amazing time there and would definitely recommend staying here.

10.0I spent 5 weeks at Chill Garrobo and loved my time here. It was a perfect base to do a Spanish course whilst surfing everyday. I think it would cater towards both people wanting a social time, and people who just want a quiet place to chill and relax. The owners were very helpful the entire time, and even brought back steaks from a neighbouring town (somewhat of a rarity in Gigante) for my last night here. Would highly recommend!
