This property easily met our needs and expectations. We stayed in July, so having a great A/C was imperative and the units all worked great. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable - 3 bedrooms, all with their own baths. We didn't have any issues mentioned in some of the prior reviews (like the nighttime noise in the room nearest the street - my 21 yr old son stayed in that room and said he didn't hear a thing). And the best part of all is the location. We walked to the property from the train station in less than 10 mins. In fact, the property is close to every major attraction and tons of great restaurants. We will return to Florence and when we do, we will look to rent this property again.

− The water pressure is poor. An internal water pump would help. The bed linen is not of great quality and the showers should have a deep clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Florence. The location is excellent, with all the major attractions and museums within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, welcoming, and perfect for ourgroup. The host was exceptionally responsive and always quick to help whenever we had any questions or needed assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This apartment made our few days in Florence truly memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
