− Il divano non era in ottime condizioni,gli asciugamani non erano molto nuovi,le zanzariere rotte e i ventilatori sporchi.

− Canapé inconfortable surtout pour 4 .manque d équipement cuisine.pas grand chose a faire a monsumano et très cher . Terme inaccessible pour une famille trop cher .On a fait le funiculaire sympa mais ne manger pas la haut attrape touriste très très cher . .j ai réservé pour allez a pise et Florence car par très loin . Piscine municipale a 7min a pied 10€ par personne avec bonnet ..

5.0On a aimé l'appartement, son emplacement et ses équipements
− Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la remise des clés pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous avons attendu plus de 2 heures, et je n'ai pas arrêté de relancer le propriétaire qui faisait semblant de ne pas comprendre mon anglais. Quand je lui ai fait comprendre mon agacement, apparemment ça ne lui a pas plus mais le problème c'est quand même moi le client. En fin de compte il a fini pour trouver comment envoyer 2 vidéos par whatsapp, un miracle. Ce monsieur nous ne l'avons pas trouvé intéressant et quand je reviendrai dans cette région je ne louerai plus chez lui.

8.0El apartamento ha estado genial, todo limpio y bastante cómodo. Mención especial he de hacer a la anfitriona, que nos recibió con una sonrisa a pesar de llegar tarde.
− La cisterna del váter hacia algo de ruido que resultaba un poco molesto por la noche . El sofá se notaba bastante usado, se podrían cambiar los cojines.
