Romeo the person that checked us in was kind enough to wait for me as my luggage was lost by the airline and we had to track it down and fill out forms. The free bottle of wine, water, coffee and biscuits was a very special treat.

− It was confusing at first as there’s no reception desk to check in, only a huge door. They buzz you into the property.

スタッフがとても優しく、オススメの観光名所も教えてくれた。ホテルの近くに美味しいレストランが多く最高でした。歩いてもバスでも地下鉄でも観光出来る場所にあるのでとても便利です。朝食もとても満足でした。カプチーノ最高。

Matteo the host is quite friendly, helped a lot and made us feel at home. There is a lift at the build, and it's next to subway San Giovane. I do really loved our stay in the room
