The interior of the house was furnished as in accordance with the pictures..I couldn't find with the amenities

− The location was remote and the directions to get to the house was not quite clear. The exterior of the building was in dire need of a fresh coat of paint . The air quality in the house was poor. My guest has asthma and had to run out of the building as he couldn't breathe from just opening the door. All of us continued to cough even after we had left minutes before. The entrance to the house needed to be tided up. The foliage around the building needed trimming as it appeared to be more of a forest and very unsafe for tourists. I immediately called my host and explained that we were nit able to stay and we would be looking for 💯 %waiver in cancellation. He explained that he was in the day prior and cleaned it and could not understand why we complained about the air quality. Eventually he agreed to have booking.com issue a full refund but I had to call about 3 days later (as my wifi was not consistent) to inform him that I had not received a call nor an email confirming same. I did eventually received an email on the same and have been informed that I will receive a full refund with 7-12 days which i am hoping to receive soon..

Si je doit revenir en Martinique ça sera volontiers de prendre à nouveau

J’ai bien aimé la propreté de l’appartement,le calme,le garage sous sol par rapport à la pluie. Le propriétaire était réactif et à l’écoute. J’ai pu rester après l’heure de départ car mon vol était le soir. Appartement bien équipé,fonctionnel et lumineux.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It's not close to the city center, but the bus stop is near by, takes about 30 min to reach the center. A supermarket is in walking distance. It's still quite convenient if you don't have a car. Kitchen is well equipped, nice to have a washer machine.

Très beau duplex, parfaitement agencé, avec une grande terrasse agréable donnant sur un bar ouvert sur la cuisine, ce qui rend l’espace convivial et très fonctionnel. Le logement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif via WhatsApp, toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement pour une famille : très bon emplacement, proche de Fort-de-France, avec une boulangerie, une pharmacie et un Carrefour Express à proximité pour les courses du quotidien. Parking intérieur et extérieur, résidence très calme. Excellente expérience, nous en gardons une très bonne appréciation.
