Lovely and modern the bathrooms wicked and the bed was super comfortable. A bottle and a welcome note congratulating us on getting married (lovely touch). The location is also perfect.

− It’s not really a negative but if you’re tall like myself then mind you’re head into the bathroom 😄

We had a wonderful stay. The property was absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

Great place in a great spot.

Great location: 5-10mins walk to all the hi-lights of bath. Beautifully decorated and well equipped.

− Heat wave when we visited so very warm in the property but this would have been the case in any Georgian property in Bath. 2 large tower fans provided and running when we arrived which we very much appreciated.

localizacion excelente,cocina y baño estupendos, cama de matrimonio comoda.

− la habitacion de matrimonio es muy pequeña y hay que subir dos pisos con maletas. Hacia mucho calor y no conseguimos bajar la temperatura,el suelo termico no funcionaba para enfriar

Beautiful quality property in a perfect location. High spec and attention to detail in every way. Beautifully decorated & high quality linen. We stayed when temperatures reached over 30c and the fan was appreciated & needed. Owners very responsive . Appreciated our “welcome pack” . Will 100% be staying again
