10.0A large apartment in a good area of Tunis
They'll switch your apartment in the last second. You'll get a random "for rent" place.
1.0Right before I arrived, the host switched the address and asked me to rent a different apartment at the same price. This was badly surprising. Especially that the other apartment doesn't match the standard of pictures advertised here. The host revealed multiple listings he manages in the same way. Takes a booking from you and places you in a random apartment. You're better off calling the numbers you find in louage stations for apartment rentals. It's the same quality.
− Everything. 1) The AC in the bedroom didn't work making sleep a huge issue. The host acknowledged it won't be fixed (after being paid cash) 2) the washing machine didn't spin. Ruined my clothes and I had to run for a laundromat to see what I can save from them. 3) The fridge was being deiced and the host asked me to finish deicing it before using 4) The bed had aged covers. Really worn out. 5) The shower didn't have a barrier so every time I took a shower, the whole bathroom floor was a small pond. 6) The apartment, overall wasn't very clean, minimal effort went to clean it between guests. 7) No soap of any kind, paper towels, toilet paper, it's a bare bone rental. Bring your own everything. 8) The internet thing looked like it was working, for a few seconds, then you have to reboot it. Then works for a few seconds. Then reboot. It just doesn't work. 9) They switched the apartment on me 10 minutes before arrival. The same host manages multiple listings, all in the same way. Take extra care dealing with them.

10.0Greetings, Really let me be honest the property is so nice and clean, and the property staff omg they are too good, in my arrive at afternoon to the property they have offered me for the lunch and this never ever happens with me before, I really thanks to them for all good service.
