8.0Das erste Hotel nach der langen Fahrt über das östliche Hochplateau. Sehr freundliches, bemühtes Personal! Saubere Betten. Feines Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant, auch wenn etwas teuer.
− Zimmer etwas klein für vier Leute, aber ok für 1 Nacht.

7.0Comfy beds and some nice walks from the property with free tea and coffee on offer. Mostly clean inside the rooms.
− Nobody in the property enforcing their own rules of quiet hours after 22:00 when a large group of people staying were continuously shouting to each other, loudly gaming/ conversing in the lounge which has no separation to the adjacent room hallways , and walking down the hallways shouting outside the rooms till well after 23:00. Flies are a real problem in the summer, they need to find some way to stay on top of them… at least like disposable traps, or air conditioning so the windows can remain shut Also there seemed to be problems with booking.com communication - I had to prove our room had been paid for with an invoice and also we received a double not a twin when had clearly asked to twin on booking.com… I stayed once before and had no trouble booking to get a twin. And booked this stay in 2025, so I don’t think availability was the problem.

10.0Matilde was very helpful and nice. We liked that they left us a little chocolate on the bed and there was free coffee and tea. There was a very nice room that we could sit to have our coffee.
− The room was a bit small for 4 adults and the bunk bed was not very comfortable for an adult. But even with that it was a great place to stay.
