− Limpeza. Muito ruim. Em um dos quartos haviam cabelos no ralo do banheiro e manchas de café na bancada da sala. No outro quarto o chão estava muito sujo. Claramente não haviam limpado os quartos, apenas arrumado. Um dos quartos inclusive só foi liberado as 16:30, o que é estranho já que claramente não houve limpeza.

− So, first off, we got a room that wasn't the one we booked and paid for. When we got there, they told us our room was changed. Then we tried to sort it out with the housekeeper, but she didn't speak much English. This whole "no staff" hotel thing might work sometimes, but definitely not here. Breakfast was a letdown, and they don't even change your towels unless you fill out a form.

10.0Mi é piaciuta la collocazione, il design della stanza, la pulizia e anche questa modalità di non passare dalla reception l'ho apprezzata.
