− Tudo, existia muita falta de higiene, a comida encontrava se exposta às moscas e ao ar não sendo preservada a sua qualidade. A área do pequeno almoço estava toda desarrumada e cheia de migalhas as 17h mostrando e reforçando a ideia de falta de higiene. No momento check in as senhoras iam apenas começar a limpar os quartos em vez de os já ter prontos para a nossa chegada. Está reserva foi feita com muita antecedência o que não justifica todo o cenário descrito.
