7.0Third stay at this property. Well equipped and in a fabulous location.
− The back yard needs attention. Bird poo and weeds prevented a pleasant place to sit out. Upon leaving, I received a message from the owner saying she was "disappointed" that we had "broken house rules" because my pug left some hairs on the sofa. This is bizarre, after two previous stays with the same dog with no issue. I was unaware of this "rule" and the message from the owner was upsetting. Surely this is what you pay your cleaning company for?! Get the hoover out. Not a problem.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable holiday house!
9.0Lovely attention to detail. Spacious, comfortable, very close to lots of different places. Rooms were great sizes. The property had everything we needed for our 3 night stay but we could have comfortably stayed much longer with ease. We’ve all said we’d definitely stay here again in the future.
− An extra toilet would have been very beneficial with 5 of us staying.
We would definitely stay again if visiting Llandudno
9.0very spacious, comfortable, clean, good kitchen facilities, free parking although it was difficult to park directly outside with only a short walk from adjacent streets.
− 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet, was a bit of a problem with 6 adults.
