La localizacion

− Nos hemos alojado en Muchavista del 6 al 10 de Julio. Cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos y encontramos las llaves bajo una maceta. El checkin era a las 16h pero hasta las 18:30 el personal de limpieza estuvo “limpiando” la casa. No fue una limpieza exhaustiva. La propiedad tiene la parte de abajo en obras, el baño de la planta de abajo huele mal. La televisión no funcionaba correctamente. Pedimos el código para entrar por la puerta y nunca se nos proporcionó. Los toldos y sombrillas están rotos y se sale el agua del aire acondicionado por el salón. La localización es muy buen, frente a la playa pero la atención del usuario es pésima y la propiedad no refleja lo que se ha contratado. Tampoco se nos comunico como debíamos hacer el checkout.

Una maravilla de sitio y con mucha atencio de parte del personal la casa muy acojedora y muy limpia la ubicacion ya es una autentica pasada volveremos con seguridad y lo recomandemos a todol mundo un enorme abrazo
