− Al gestionar la reserva, estuvo todo bien. Sin embargo, el día antes del check in, Paulina me contacta por WSP para indicarme que en el edificio había un corte de agua programado para el día de la reserva y me solicitó que cancelera dicha reserva. Yo cuestioné esto, pues, quien tuvo problemas para hospedarnos era ella, por lo tanto, ella debía cancelar la reserva, pues, si es que lo hacía yo Booking me iba a descontar el total de la reserva. Insistió en que debía hacerla yo. Intenté comunicarme por llamada y no contestó. Le dejé muchos WSP que tampoco respondió. La reserva seguía en curso y nunca nos dio una solución. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con Booking, quienes si resolvieron el problema y cancelaron la reserva antes que se me hiciera algún cargo. Esta señora ni siquiera a Booking le respondió. OJO CHIQUILL@S! Yo creí que era confiable por su puntuación, sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue decepcionante.
