− Odbiór kluczy: brak informacji, iż odbiór kluczy 3 km od obiektu. Czystość leżaków/ mebli ogrodowych na zewnątrz- do poprawy.

9.0− das die Schlüsselübergabe ca 3 km weiter in einem Lokal stattfand - da wir mit den Fahrrädern da waren war es sehr mühsam - sehr schlechte Straßenverbindung zum Plattensee

5.0− Chýbal oznam na ubytovaní, kde si vybrať kľúče. Telefonická komunikácia bola možná len v maďarčine. Komunikácia v inom cudzom jazyku na recepcii nebola možná.

Kellemes kis apartman a Balaton mellett
9.0Pont optimális méretű a szállás, felszerelt a konyha, a kert pedig nagyon szép és minden adott a nagyobb közösségi rendezvények megszervezéséhez is (sporteszközök, játékok, kültéri ülőhely, bográcsozás).
− A hűtő elég kicsinek bizonyult, lehetne legalább 1 mérettel nagyobb, illetve 1-el több párna is elférne ágyanként.
