Very comfortable and spacious apartment with patio & garden area. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It’s a quiet residential area and moments from Primrose Hill/Regents Park with transport links not too far away, good cafes & grocery stores. Good shower pressure (which is not always the case in London). Washing machine & dryer were great for our family of 5. Property was as per pictures on booking.com.

− Would be nicer if the garden was maintained. Was quite overgrown during our stay. We were very considerate not to be noisy - a pity the people upstairs didn’t have the same consideration (but not the owners fault). More tea cups & glasses would have been good.

Beautiful spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood.

Location was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with beautiful houses. It’s somewhat equidistant from Chalk Farm and Swiss Cottage tube stations but still a little bit of a walk especially in bad weather. Apartment was also beautifully spacious and clean, and loved having a dishwasher, oven and washing machine.

− Note that there are no lifts so you have to carry up any heavy luggage. Probably insignificant gripe but there wasn’t kitchen towel tissue in the kitchen which would have helped! Also there’s some restriction on cabs entering the street during certain times of the day so just bear in mind you have to walk with luggage out just down the street if you have to leave within those times.

− Sono rimasta delusa perché non rispettava le immagini viste nel sito di prenotazione. Mi aspettavo una struttura più bella.

Nice but price requested is very high for a standard quality apartment.

Location is very good, three real bedrooms and a good living room, with access on a terrasse and the back garden

− Two of the rooms' windows are accessible from the street and are facing an unclean garbage storage. The kitchen is small and a bit dark, equipment was really minimal & with poor quality & condition, and the cleanness was questionable. The overall quality was therefore not aligned with premium price, specially for a young couple with two kids.

Great position and very convenient for us

− We didn't know which apartment ( ground floor, first floor or second floor) we were in. That needs to be made clear on the booking site . Small things like no bread knife and lack of kitchen sink plug were annoying but overall still a very comfortable stay . The TV remote needed new batteries also.
