Modernes, geräumiges Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Pantry-Küche. Super waren die Außen-Jaöousien, da unser Apartment komplett nach Süden ausgerichtet war. Dadurch blieb es im Sommer angenehm innen. Gute Anbindung: Zwei S-Bahn Stationen befinden sich je ca 10 Min Fußweg entfernt, von dort kommt man eigentlich überall gut hin.

− Das Gebäude befindet sich an einer größeren Kreuzung, die entsprechend laut ist. Das sollte man wissen. Die Fenster halten aber die Geräusche sehr gut ab. Ein paar Haken und ein weiteres Regalbretr oder so wären im Bad schön gewesen, um mehr Ablage zu haben.

The personnel was super friendly and helpful and eager to help

− The room is not adequate for the heat. They offered us fans but it was really really really hot. The street is super noisy and they only way to ventilate a bit was to turn on the fans and open both the door and the window. This left little room for privacy and quiet, since the street adjacent to the property is EXTREMELY loud. It didnt reflect the value for the price paid

The ideal accommodation for a group looking to experience Cool Berlin

A perfect location for exploring Friedrichshain and East Berlin, with great links to the airport. The support staff and housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The flat itself is even nicer than the pictures show; I would absolutely recommend this to any group looking for accommodation in a cool part of Berlin.
