Genziano met us at the property, made sure to walk us through everything and even rode with us down to the privet secure parking that was 1 block from the road. Incredibly kind and warm man. There is a little shop across the street that has all kinds of fresh food and wines. The place itself is amazing. Lots of work and time went into planning this place. It is a short walk to the tram station that you can use to get to the center of Florence. One of the best places we stayed.

We loved the location, it’s outside the city center. We also loved the outside area, it was lovely to eat dinners out there. The apartment is huge and we loved the two bathrooms! The kitchen facilities were great and they had all the pots/ pans to cook with! It’s a very cool artsy place, you can see a lot of love went into it ! We stayed for almost two weeks.

− The oven/jacuzzi bathtub both don’t work. The apartment layout is unusual / with lots of internal stairs. Both beds are really uncomfortable, need to be changed. We stayed in a few Airbnbs before- this time we asked for basics like toilet paper etc/ cleaning service (we received in other airbnbs in the area) they were not provided in this one.

Расположение достаточно удобное. С помощью карт гугл можно разобраться, как доехать. Есть несколько автобусов, трамвай, элктричка. Место тихое, можно спать с открытыми окнами. Рядом есть несколько исторических вилл, идти 10-20 минут. Там мало туристов и есть оливковые сады.

− Учтите, что в квартире несколько уровней, то есть нужно подниматься и спускаться по ступенькам из спальни в гостинную и кухню. Не очень подходит для людей с проблемами опорно-двигательного аппарата.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and backyard. Good wifi, laundry machine, dishwasher. Nice quiet location, close to transit to get downtown, safe and walkable neighborhood. Close to the hospital as well, which is what we were there for.

− There is a bit of noise from the neighbors, and shower also leaked water onto the floor, so don't put your clothes on the floor while showering. Not a big deal however.
