4.0− Die über 100 Bilder der Unterkunft sind clever gewählt, dass man denkt man würde zwei Etagen bekommen und eine Couch haben. Unser Zimmer ähnelte eher einem Hotelzimmer mit kleiner Küchenleiste. Schade, da wir aufgrund der Wohnmöglichkeiten entschieden hatten. Nach überprüfen unserer Ausstattung wurde uns auch ein Sofa angezeigt, was es nicht gab. Das Bad muss kurz vor der Ankunft erst im Stress geputzt wurden sein, da der Boden noch nass war und feuchte Haare zusammengefegt mitten auf dem Boden lagen. Nach der Überwindung erster Enttäuschung, war es trotzdem etwas gemütlich bis wir feststellten, dass das Spülmittel abgelaufen war oder hoch chemisch war und man damit auf gar keinen Fall abwaschen möchte. Auch damit abgefunden und Nachschub besorgt, gab es dann leider einen Stromausfall, für den die Betreiber nichts konnten, der aber miserabel kommuniziert wurde. Nach zwei Stunden kam der Manager um uns alle in die Apartments zu lassen, ohne Strom. Die obere Tür musste aufgebrochen werden, da der Inhaber der Anlage es nicht für nötig befunden hat mit dem einzigen Schlüssel für die Flurtür vorbeizukommen. Zur Kommunikation lässt sich noch sagen, dass die Rezeption zwar alle routinemäßigen Nachrichten übermittelt aber sobald es individuelle Probleme gibt, einfach nicht reagiert wird. Bevor wir anreisten erhielten wir noch eine unseriöse Nachricht mit Zahlungsanforderung und auf die Nachfrage hin, ob mit unserer Buchung alles passt und wir dem nicht nachgehen werden, wurde uns nach einer knappen Woche erst geantwortet.

8.0Very clean with bathroom supplies and coffee provided. Very close to everything and noise free.
− The elevator was very small and uncomfortable, it sounded as if it was not going to make it. The terrace was very small and filled with hanging clothes, the room didn't have a door so there's no privacy for the guests staying at the apartment. The air conditioning was hard to control as it has a locked feature and the light was very uncomfortable, one night was incredibly hot and it didn't work properly.

7.0L'emplacement du logement, sa propreté et sa facilité d'accès. C'est un studio spacieux et bien rénové. Très agréable pour un court séjour.
− Vaisselle limitée. Congélateur pas dégivré, on s'en est occupé nous-mêmes. Torchon de cuisine inexistant même dans la réserve d'équipements.

9.0Location very close to the main train station. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are nearby. The building is historical but magically they managed to install a lift in the staircase. While it is extremely valuable for luggage which was essential for us, it is rather unique in its tiny size and slow speed. Marco gave us a very detailed and helpful instructions for finding the place and the check-in. It is important to follow the instruction in order that Google maps can direct you to the right place.
− Exceptional care is needed when selecting the room in Booking.com as the rooms vary a lot specially with regard to the view.
