10.0Everything, great air conditioning for having desired temperature, incredible centric location less than 700m to Bernabeu and Castellana, really closed to a public parking and all the indications by the owners were great! It well worth the money paid for the apartment.

I lied a lot. Will repeat next time in Madrid if available and keep the same price.

− The “portal” need a to show the number. Most people, including me, get confused and go to the next door down the street. Also, internet signal to open the building’s door sometimes is not strong enough
Cumple con lo esperado, repetiría
9.0Zona muy tranquila y con todos los servicios en los alrededores. La cama principal es cómoda. Tener aire acondicionado es fenomenal. Se agradece los amenites de bienvenida. En general cumple con lo esperado
− En nuestro caso nos alojamos 5 días y necesitamos cocinar. El sartén no tenía mango y algún dedo me quemé. El cazo guardado no estaba bien limpio. Somos 4 y solo había 3 tazas de desayuno( aunque si había vasos normales) El arcón de la cama principal donde se guarda parte de la ropa de cama/baño no estaba bien limpio. Se veía polvo y pelusa. Para gusto personal... las almohadas era muy altas( solucionable con los cojines que habían). El sofá cama es válido para niños pero para adultos es muy incómodo La esquina de la cama, como ya había leído en comentarios anteriores, es totalmente amenazante jajajaja.

10.0Tan real como en las fotos. Limpio, acogedor, en una zona tranquila pero a la vez céntrica, al alcance de todo.
− El apartamento estuvo genial. Mi única observación es que no cuente con aparcamiento o algún descuento con aparcamientos alrededor. Me indicaron un aparcamiento cerca de pago, en la información decía 16€ por 24h, terminé pagando 50 por 40h. Actualizar la información, simplemente.
