Uiterst rustige omgeving, parkeren naast de voordeur, fietsen / ebikes kunnen worden geparkeerd in de parkeergarage onder het pand. Deze parkeergarage is inpandig bereikbaar. Droog en veilig. Verder een ruime woonkamer , praktische keuken met oven electr fornuis magnetron en uiterst compleet keukenmateriaal , borden bestek . Tv in woonkamer , balkonnetje op het westen met uitzicht op zeer rustige binnentuin . Locatie is op 5 minuten afstand fietsen van de chiemsee en ook op min fietsen van station. Verder belangrijk : behulpzame host: Horst en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel , geldt ook voor de buren.
