10.0Anita was such a brilliant host! I can’t rate this property highly enough. The position is perfect, right in the centre of town and walking distance to everything. The beds, pillows & linen all of high quality which makes for a wonderful sleep.

1.0Lokacija je odlicna. Strogi centar, pored katedrale.
− Postedite se razocaranja. Bukirala sam sobu s galerijom za 2 odrasle osobe i dvoje djece( 13 i 15 god). Soba za jedno nocenje je iznosila 130 €. Bez mogucnosti besplatnog otkazivanja. Nakon nekoliko dana, stigao mi je mail da se boravak za djecu dodatno naplacuje, 30€ po djetetu. (Smatram da su zbog mjenjanja cijene morali ostaviti opciju besplatnog otkazivanja) Nakon sto smo se prijavili u hotel, odmah su mi skinuli novac s racuna. A za djecu su naplatili 40€ po osobi + pristojbe. Sve ostalo, od loseg odrzavanja(urednosti) hotela do ocajnog dorucka, bih zanemarila. Ali ovo smatram prevarom. Ovaj hotel je pokvario nas boravak u predivnom Novom Sadu. Ovako lose iskustvo na Bookingu nismo nikada imali.

− The shower did not drain well and shortened the shower. Also, a bad odor drifted from bathroom into room.
