Dirty and uncomfortable
3.0− Dirty property and unprofessional front desk lady. The picture shown in booking.com was not the same as the room given to us. My room had no windows, just some kind of ventilation near the ceiling, there were sewage pipes running in the balcony. Inspite of the hotel being almost empty , we were dumped in a room in a corner at the back. Nothing worked and the worst part was - it was terribly dirty. The stand with tea bags had mould growing. The bathroom was a night mare. Cobwebs, mould everywhere. It was a stop over on our journey and we couldn’t wait to get out. The food was good.
