− The beaches near the house are not really suitable for swimming, you have to drive up the road to La Fanducha to get a decent beach.

We loved our stay in Puerto Rico. Hopefully we will be able to visit there again.
10.0it was in a safe neighborhood and quiet. We were only 2 blocks from the beach. it was very clean.
I loved looking at the mountain first thing in the morning as I drank my coffee outside.

The house was very clean and nice inside with the exception of NO HOT WATER.

− The hot water did not work. The host had someone come out and made it work temporally. They have an electrical issue. The host stated they had never had an issue. That was not true. Several past reviews had stated that there was no hot water. The house in in a run down area but the people are very nice. The beach was a short walk but in really bad condition. I would not suggest using the beach.
