5.0− „5 hónappal ezelőtt foglaltam 4 szobát, és a szálloda egyoldalúan visszamondta a foglalásomat. A pénzt visszautalták, majd megnyugtattak, hogy átfoglalnak egy másik szállodába, ami nem történt meg. Semmilyen felvilágosítást nem kaptam, sőt a recepcióval sem tudtam beszélni. Nagyon elfoglaltak, és vissza sem hívnak, ahogy ígérték.”
