10.0Alessia was very helpful and always available to speak. The room and apartment were very clean. They offered a complimentary which I didn't expect and it was really appreciated prior to starting a long day of exploring Rome.
− Around the entrance to the building is a little dirty, but the host can't do anything about that, it's just normal in Rome.

8.0施設が新しく、清潔感があったこと。広さも十分あり、 ベッドの硬さもいい感じ。 他のお客様との共有ながら、キッチンルームみたいのがあり、ここで、ミネラルウォーター、ジュース、ヨーグルト、パン、フルーツ、ハム.…などが、常時フリー… この夏は、特に酷暑だったので、このサービスには救われた。
− チェックインしづらい💦 入り口も分かりにくい。他のエリアでも、同じ様な、セルフチェックインのシステムのホテルは経験して来たが、入館の為のメール（入り口などの暗証番号）は、もっとわかりやすかった。 エアコンに、やや不具合があり、反応が遅かった。最終的には、起動したが… 後、チェックアウトが…10時は、早過ぎる。

9.0숙박객을 위해 음식들이 준비 되어 있어 밤 늦게 또는 아침 일찍 나갈때 유용했고 침구도 깨끗하고 숙소와 소통이 잘 되고 엘리베이터도 있고 근처에 마트도 있고 전반적으로 좋았음.

10.0Acceuil et infos au top. Disponibilité des hôtes. Des petits gâteaux a disposition et de quoi manger un petit sandwich. Chambre très bien.
− Si je devais reprocher un truc et ça n est pas la faute des hôtes c est les gens qui traînent en bas de l immeuble avec leur bière. Mais nous n avons eu aucun problème. C est juste peu engageant surtout pour des femmes seules
