10.0The location was incredible and the room was very comfortable.
− It was a bit noisy. A lot could be heard from other apartments and people passing by on the street.

8.0Расположение апартаментов было отличным. Рядом находятся множество каналов. В пешей доступности главная площадь. Вокруг множество магазинов и кафе. Сами апартаменты находятся в тихом переулке. Отдельный привет Франческо, который нас встретил и все показал.
− В апартаментах стоял сильный запах какого-то химического вещества, которым вероятно кого-то травили. Не помогли даже открытые окна. Каждый раз по возвращению с улицы запах сильно ощущался. Также по приезду в апартаментах было около десятка мух. Откуда они взялись - неизвестно. После того, как всех убили больше они не появлялись.

7.0La ubicación, en pleno centro de Venecia, a dos pasos de tiendas, del puente de Rialto y de la plaza de San Marcos. Puedes caminar por sus calles directamente desde el apartamento, sin embargo por la noche no hay jaleo de turistas y se descansa bien. Franchesco amable y agradable.
− La cocina necesita una pequeña remodelación al menos los armarios y cajones que están antiguos y muchos no cierran bien.
