The location is near restaurants, super markets and a cafe. There is a garden and a nice view of the mountains.

− The house is advertised falsely. In the description it says there is AC. There is no AC. It also says that each room has a bed and a desk. No desks. The water is inconsistent and turns off at random times. Once it does come out of the taps it's brown. There are also 3 dogs and 3 cats on the property. Not good for people with allergies. It's good to know what you're going into. Too much false advertising out there.

Есть балкон с видом на сад и на горы. Нагруженная дорога находится через участок, так что шум этой дороги приглушается. Парк в пешей доступности.

− Снаружи, прямо на крыльце дома живут 2-3 бездомные собаки, т.к. их здесь подкармливают. Они лают на прохожих, на машины, дерутся друг с другом - и днем и ночью громкий лай под окном.

I relied on guest reviews and never regretted my choice. The hosts turned out to be very kind, generous, and hospitable people, thanks to whom you feel right at home. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely veranda where it is especially pleasant to spend time. Everywhere you can feel that the hosts put their soul, care, and love into this house, which is why it has such a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house is very clean and well maintained, everything fully matches the photos, and in reality it makes an even more pleasant impression. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view, and the silence, fresh mountain air, and surrounding nature make the stay truly unforgettable. I was very pleased with my stay and sincerely thank the hosts for their warm welcome. Next time I will definitely come for a longer stay. In summer, this is a true place for rest and relaxation after hot Yerevan. Dilijan is a place that can truly be called a little paradise. I would be happy to recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Dilijan.

Nice, clean rooms with fab veranda and gracious hosts

Very nice hosts, who even provided some little extras for us to have -- some fruit, some nice Armenian food for breakfast etc. Fabulous garden, great view, very nice veranda to have a quiet evening sitdown, clean rooms.

− The shower could use some work. And as always in Dilijan, you have to mind the hours when the water is available (which is more about the town, less the property -- but installing a water tank could solve this for sure).
