A hely tökéletes, gyönyörű kilátás, a ház szépen kivitelezett. Informálni kell a vendégeket, hogy csak kisautóval közelíthető meg a hely, különben 200m -es séta van a házig 40 m szintkülönbséggel vagy egy életveszélyes függőleges omladozó lépcső, ami este nincs kivilágítva. !!!!

− Scandalous. A "quiet Tuscan village"? Not even close. If this had happened in Hungary, I would have filed complaints with every relevant authority and taken legal action immediately – I am a lawyer. We arrived at 10:00 PM as agreed. The host's phone had run out of battery, so he sent us another phone number to call. The host then informed us that he would not come to meet us and that we should drag our suitcases through the festival crowds and find the house ourselves. With two large suitcases, we had to cover approximately 200 meters with a 40-meter elevation gain, right through the middle of a packed and noisy festival. We asked someone to come and hand over the property properly. Another woman finally arrived at 11:00 PM. According to Google Maps, the house is 201 meters from the parking area and 40 meters higher in elevation. Professional mountaineers have an advantage here. What they also fail to tell guests is that only a very small car (for example, a Toyota Yaris) can reach the house. Our Mercedes E-Class would not have fit. The woman offered to help carry the luggage, but that is not the point. Under normal circumstances I would have refused to accept the property altogether, but at 11:00 PM I had nowhere else to go. They also conveniently forgot to mention that the stage of the three-day "Festival dell'Allegria" is only 70 meters from the bedroom (according to Google Maps). The music blasts until 2:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Drunk people shout through the streets at night. At 3:00 AM, teenagers were blasting music from Bluetooth speakers directly outside the upper level of the house. Only after I specifically asked them to move did they go elsewhere. Their response was: "There's a festival going on, man!" And now the worst part: by the morning of the second day, I had developed 107 (!) bed bug bites. I will spare readers the photographs out of respect for common decency.

We booked last minute but host was so friendly & helpful! She met us, checked us in, & gave helpful tips! Charming authentic village! House itself is really comfortable, equipped with everything we needed! Very very clean, comfortable beds, but mostly we were blown away with the beautiful views we enjoyed from the patio! Highly recommend
