Beautiful seaview, nice garden. Spacious kitchen and living room. Walking distance to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen and grill on the terrace. The owner is nice and the self-check in was easy

− Very uncomfortable old mattresses. One was very worn-out and we were both sinking to the middle, the other one was very hard. The dogs started barking every morning between 5 and 6.30 am, until everyone in the neighborhood was awake. Even with the windows shut, there was no chance of sleeping longer than 6 am. Also the toilet flush didn’t work very well. We had dinner on the terrace twice, which is nice but the light is very uncomfortable.

Fantastic place with great amenities and a superb location! Hostess was very cool, friendly, polite and pleasant to talk to.

− Only small thing was the bed mattress in one of the rooms but again, a small thing.

We all had great time at Villa Nikita. It is great!

View was amazing. Location was excellent for walk distance to sea and place to eat. Pool is great quality. Kitchen had everything what was needed.

− Was a challenge to get hot water in the shower, had to wait some period of time for it. Toilets flush system also was challenging, not typical for Latvia.

Amasing sea view and great location!

The villa is beautifully located with a stunning sea view. It was very clean and very well equipped. The outside garden is amazing with lots of areas to relax. There is a beatiful beach in close walking discance. Amasing sunset views. I very much recommend this villa.

− The toilets were not working 100% properly and one of the patio doors was broken. The host was not able to fixed it before and during our stay. There was only email contact with the host which was less convinient in case of contact via phone. The pool was not cleaned during our stay, which should be a standard for this villa.
