The space, perfect for a family of 4.

− The sofa bed was too hard to sleep on. We have to put layers of clothes to get comfort. Please replace with a better sofa bed and provide pillows too.

靠近JR田端車站，走路約五分鐘，出門2分鐘內就有超市，非常方便！ 第一天入住時，正好遇見客服人員，很清楚的介紹環境與設備使用方式。

離田端站稍微走一點點的路可以抵達，房東很貼心的提供路線圖，地點並不難找，車站旁邊就有超商、麥當勞...等店，出站可以買一波再回家，家裡附近有超市也很方便，還有販賣機。 公寓有電梯，對旅客很友善，電視可以看YT還有其他平台很方便，廚房設備大致上很齊全，廁所與浴室是分開的，有洗衣機能使用，含有兩間雙人床房，床躺起來很舒服(偏軟)，房間冷氣很強，對抗炎熱的夏天非常棒! 空間也很夠打開行李箱，我們一家四個人開29吋行李廂都綽綽有餘，很適合攜帶大型行李的旅客。 房東非常友善，有問題都可以得到回答，讓我們住得很開心。

− 旅途中使用過一次洗衣機，脫水的聲音有點過大被嚇到，但還好只洗一次無傷大雅。 感覺隔音不是很好，在客廳的時候外面的聲音會傳進來，也擔心我們會造成噪音，所以有點小心翼翼，但這沒有什麼太大的問題，外頭的聲音也只有傳進來一兩次，沒有很嚴重。

Le meilleur emplacement pour visiter les villes principales touristiques en ayant un repos calme au retour de la journée

Le logement est vraiment très bien équipée et les proprios sont tellement réactifs et bienveillants. Ce que j’ai aimé le plus, c’est l’emplacement pas loin de la gare de tabata à quelques mètres seulement pour prendre la jr yamanote et d’autres lignes. Il y a un seven eleven ouvert 24h/24 et un supermarché le Amaruetsu ouvert de 9h à minuit où l’on trouve de tout ce qui est vitale pour de bons prix. Le quartier est très calme et sécurisant. Je recommande fortement cette location et nous y reviendrons désormais à chaque vacances au Japon. Aussi information importante pour ceux qui on en besoin, si vous avez beaucoup de linge il y a une laverie tout près à quelques pas du logement, juste à prendre du savon pour votre linge. Compter environ 400 yen pour utiliser la machine à laver et 300 yen pour sécher votre linge pour 30 minutes amplement suffisant. Ah oui évitez de faire trop de bruits c’est un quartier paisible et propre, respectez les lieux.
