Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
Tenants must show a valid identity document upon arrival at the house. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
It is important to take into account that you will not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry next to the house.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
We have a cot in the apartment but cot linen will not be provided, you must request the cot in advance.
