− Falta de información para llegar al alojamiento. No estaba limpio. No habia útiles de limpieza. Sofá muy desgastado.

Excellent location and fantastic air conditioning

− There was no tea , coffee or milk for arriving which think would be a nice touch considering the cost of the apartment, also there was a few cigarette buts on the couch

Perfect location to Hyde park. The apartment was practical. With great working aircon for the warm summer days.

− Bed Bugs! My sister woke at 3am to her bed crawling in bugs. The headboard had cracks in it which the bugs where living in. This was obviously missed by the cleaner Several times. Very poor hygiene. Half eaten crisp packets down the side of the Sofa. Hair stuck to shower walls. No refund would be offerd. Then offerd another apartment on the same block. Which also had bugs in the bed. Got sent a picture by landlord explaining they wernt bed bugs. What odds the type of bug when these small things are crawling all over you in the middle of the night. Left us all feeling very sick and uncomfortable. Alot of money spent on a weekend away to be left like this. I put it down to having a terrible cleaner!!
