1.0建物は新しく、キレイです。 掃除は行き届いていないと思いました。
− 布団のシーツ、カバー類は、交換していないと思われました。掛布団をめくるとシワシワで、誰かが使った後の様な跡があるように感じました。部屋に入ると窓が全開でとても寒く、でも室内の臭いがキツく具合が悪くなりました。テレビも見れず、本体が日本語表記がなくとても不便でした。
安心して継続滞在できる水準に達していない宿泊施設
2.0立地については利便性が高いと感じました。
− 【① チェックイン手続きに関する重大な不備】 事前にご案内いただいたチェックイン手順に従い現地へ到着しましたが、 キーボックスの暗証番号が事前に一切通知されておらず、入室までに約1時間を要しました。 その間、メールにて問い合わせを行いましたが、即時の対応はなく、数十分経過後にようやく返信をいただく状況でした。 また、その際のご連絡内容についても、状況確認や謝罪といった対応はなく、一方的に暗証番号のみを通知される形であり、非常に不誠実な対応と感じました。 ⸻ 【② 宿泊設備・備品に関する複数の不備】 以下につきましては一部主観的な評価も含みますが、 宿泊施設として求められる最低限の水準を満たしていないと判断しております。 ・スリッパが用意されていない ※真冬の滞在において、室内移動に支障をきたす状況でした。 ・ハンドソープが設置されていない ・チェックイン用として設置されているタブレットが電源すら入らない状態。 ※後に問い合わせたところ、事前チェックイン済みの場合は不要との説明を受けましたが、その旨の案内は事前・当日ともになく、結果として混乱を招く状態でした。 ・テレビの画面が下向きに固定されており、角度調整ができない。 ⸻ 【③ 清掃状態について】 室内清掃についても十分とは言えず、クッションカバーに汚れが散見されるなど、快適な宿泊環境とは言い難い状況でした。
三泊四日、予想以上に快適
9.0立地がよく、部屋も清潔で一人で使う分には広く、快適 洗濯機、浴室乾燥もついてる上に洗剤まで用意してあったのはかなり有り難い 近隣にまいばすけっとがあったり、駅から建物までに飲食店も多いのも◎ 近隣の部屋からの物音も感じない、快適な旅ができました
− 設置されてたクッションカバーの汚れが少し気になった程度 また、チェックインが少し複雑だか、許容範囲 テレビの使用法が少し複雑で、日本語対応してないので設定が少し手間
