The location was convenient for us. The dryer function in the shower was handy when washing clothes. Plenty of toiletries were provided. We mentioned about the low battery in the key box and they promptly replaced it. Also we mentioned about the weird °bubbling° noise coming from the air con unit, and they told us how to fix it (by slightly opening the window the noise would stop). Good size apartment, if you have a lot of luggage, it is pretty decent room and genkan space. The mattress was comfortable. Kettle and microwave were handy. I would choose again for location/value for the money but you need to show extra care and consideration towards your guests with attention to cleanliness, and better quality stuff.

− -The apartment was not cleaned properly. Sticky (coffee?) stains on the kitchen surface and doors, hair on the bed and the towels looked dirty. The towels were also so small, the size of small hand towels, not great to use after a shower. -Kitchenware was terrible, gross, and super cheap! Plates and mugs were like camping-style plastic. You can easily replace them with beautiful pottery from ¥100 shop! Coffee was undrinkable in the plastic cups. The heat from the coffee was releasing the toxic plastic smell; we just bought two mugs from Seria to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Also, two stoves but only one pot (frying pan), why not add one more!? The spatula was completely melted by previous guests and not replaced. Just showed a total lack of care. We stayed 7 nights, and the kitchen tools were just awful. -The apartment is super noisy, overlooking a busy road. Despite the double-glazing, the noise from the cars was coming through. We could live with the white noise from the passing cars. What was unbearable was this dripping/bubbling noise coming from the air con unit. The noise stopped if the window was left open or if the ventilation system in the bathroom was switched off. If switched off, a terrible musty smell would appear in the bathroom, so eventually we kept the window slightly open to stop the noise. It was summer, so no problem with keeping the window open; I cannot imagine it in winter. Your ventilation system is just too weird! -Pillows were too flat, not comfortable at all. With small touches, you could improve the experience of the guests!
