Loved everything. Will definitely do it again. Condo was very nice and peaceful. After finally getting in i was able to enjoy my weekend getaway.

− I was not able to get in when I arrived. Email with correct code to get it wasn't never received.was finally sent a screenshot the next day. However I was thankful they were able to let me in remotely. I only had a picture with booking .com that had a code in upper right corner. I gotta admit i was a little worried but they worked it out.

− The code did not work for the door on our first day/ night, we had to go to a different motel for the first night. We tried to get a refund for that night being we couldn’t get into the room and they are saying they can’t refund us. Very disappointed. Will not book another vacation with y’all.

Great area

Location was great, walking distance to the beach. The area was quiet, not alot of traffic. The unit was clean and had all the basic necessities you needed to start your vacation.

− We arrived on a Wednesday and it was very warm in the unit, thinking it was because they had it set on 77 while the unit wasn't occupied we thought nothing of it and unpacked the car. We left for dinner and was gone several hours and came back to the temperature at 78. We called the number they had provided and explained the situation about the AC, the customer service rep suggested we call/ message the property through booking to get it fixed. Needless to say no one ever responded! To make a long story short, after several days of calling and sending messages to the property they finally sent someone out at 8 pm Friday night to fix the AC. I will say thank goodness the place had good ceiling fans we were able to keep it around 82 throughout the day. Just be prepared if something is broken, they are in no hurry to get out and fix it.
