1.0− Je tiens à signaler une situation problématique concernant ma réservation. Pour effectuer un changement de chambre, le gérant m’a conseillé d’annuler ma réservation afin, selon ses propos, de pouvoir récupérer l’intégralité du montant payé. Or, malgré une annulation annoncée comme gratuite, je n’ai été remboursé que de 31 € sur les 67 € initialement réglés. Cette démarche soulève de sérieuses questions : pourquoi inciter les clients souhaitant simplement changer de chambre à annuler leur réservation si cela entraîne une perte financière pour eux ? Cela peut être perçu comme une pratique trompeuse avec intention préétablie .

1.0− L’auberge a une très belle vue et elle est bien située. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant, merci à eux. Cependant, l’établissement a besoin de beaucoup d’améliorations. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes : le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude ni de Wi-Fi. En plus, la chambre était au-dessus de la cuisine, donc il y avait beaucoup de bruit. Même le bruit de la machine à laver était très dérangeant. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous
